What is Data Maturity Matters?
A consortium bringing together academics, business leaders, policy makers, developers, and vendors to establish academically rigorous, transparent standards for people data maturity. It's a collaboration between Lumenai LABS and The Talent Intelligence Community.
What does membership cost?
Free!
What are the requirements for membership?
You must use an organisational domain email address and commit to contributing at least once every six months through talks, podcasts, use case sharing, or implementation documentation.
How do I contribute?
Host or present a talk, participate in a podcast, share use case results, document implementation experiences, contribute to research papers, participate in working groups, or provide peer review of consortium materials.
What happens if I don't contribute?
After two consecutive six-month periods without contribution, your membership may be suspended or terminated by the Consortium Committee.
Can I use the consortium materials commercially?
Members can implement materials within their own organisations but cannot use them as the primary basis for commercial products without appropriate licensing. Contact the Committee for commercial licensing enquiries.

How do I join?
Visit our website, complete the membership form using your organisational email address, review and accept the Terms and Conditions, and submit your application. You'll receive approval notification within 2 business days.
What happens after I'm approved?
You'll receive access to the consortium toolbox, frameworks, member resources, event invitations, and community forums. You'll also receive information about upcoming contribution opportunities.
When is my first contribution due?
Your first contribution is due within six months of your membership approval date. You'll receive reminders and opportunities to contribute throughout this period.
Can I leave the consortium?
Yes, you may withdraw at any time by providing written notice. Upon withdrawal, your access to consortium materials and affiliation rights cease immediately.
